Law Officer at the highly prestigious Christian Medical College, Vellore; he
has a diverse academic background, covering subjects such as Economics,
Business Administration, Labour Management and Law. His experience in the
middle and senior levels in both government and private sector organizations
spanning almost 3 decades in fields as varied as rural development, automobile,
essential services delivery and education place him at a distinct advantage in
terms of experience and real time knowledge.
Mr.
Samuel is a strong champion and vociferous supporter of consumer protection,
especially in the health care sector and his articles on the subject have
appeared in many prestigious journals. An expert in Hospital Management laws
